Made By You #3

Hi friends! I know I haven’t been sticking to my regular post schedule this spring, but things have been getting a little hectic in our life. We are in the process of moving from Utah to Virginia, I’m pregnant with baby #3, and the hubby is about to leave for a 4 month training. That said, I do want to keep things somewhat regular, and I’ve got lots of delicious things saved up for you!

Today I wanted to take a few minutes to feature recipes from the blog that you’ve made (you can find part 1 HERE & part 2 HERE), snapped and tagged on Instagram (or Facebook).

I know I’ve said it before, but I want to let you know that I truly appreciate every comment, every email, every like, every pin, every visit to the blog, and every picture of your food that you have sent to me or tagged me in. Whether you’ve been active with questions, feedback and trying one recipe after the other, or you’ve been quietly enjoying the posts, catching my emails, or occasionally trying a recipe here and there, I’m beyond grateful to have you here! ❤️

Thank you for tagging your creations all over social media! Seeing what you’ve been up to makes my day!

IF YOU’RE BAKING FROM THE BLOG AND WOULD LIKE TO BE FEATURED, JUST MAKE SURE THAT WHENEVER YOU TRY A LIFE MADE SIMPLE RECIPE, TO SNAP A PHOTO AND SEND IT MY WAY EITHER VIA E-MAIL OR DIRECT MESSAGE THROUGH INSTAGRAM. IF YOU HAVE A PUBLIC INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT, SIMPLY HASHTAG YOUR PICTURE WITH #LMSBAKES OR #LIFEMADESIMPLEBAKES. I’LL BE KEEPING AN EYE OUT!

Let’s see what you’ve been up to!

These double chocolate muffins have been a huge hit for quite some time now. I’m constantly getting flooded with comments about how wonderful they are! They’re super easy to make and disappear in seconds. If you haven’t made these yet- do it!

And then of course there are those irresistible soft & fluffy 1 hour cinnamon rolls. You guys, these are SO EASY to whip up. I know what you’re thinking: cinnamon rolls = easy? No way! But they are, just look at the photos of those gorgeous gooey swirls.

Now onto the rich & fudgy flourless brownies! I made these a while back because I had a few requests for more gluten-free recipes. I had no idea what a hit they’d be!
Next up- cookies! These aren’t your average oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, no, these are made with coconut oil and lots of shredded coconut. Even coconut haters LOVE them!

Brownie lovers be warned, these cosmic brownies are addictive! P.S. they taste so much better than the original!

Looking for a sweet and simple summery recipe? This lemon pound cake is it! You can even customize it like @wanderlustfrontier did!

Want something little lighter? This lemon poppy seed bread is the next best thing. It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch or dessert.

This is still one of my favorite desserts ever! It’s easy yet so elegant. Everyone raves about this bittersweet salted caramel tart!

If you haven’t tried my buttermilk cornbread, you’re definitely missing out! This is one of the most popular recipes on my site, and for good reason! It’s sweet, tender and fluffy.

I don’t know about you, but I love a quick, filling dinner. This bacon, potato and asparagus frittata requires minimal time, ingredients and effort.

Time to take your soup from boring to AMAZING. This lasagna soup is packed with veggies, protein, and of course, cheese! It’s a hit with kids and adults alike.

Noodle dishes are always a hit at our house, and seem to be really popular with you guys too! These chicken pot pie noodles are out-of-this-world good!

Have kids? Then you’ve got to try these popcorn chicken nuggets. So darn crispy and flavorful, my kids love them!

Sheet pan dinners are all the rage right now and these chicken fajitas have been going crazy on Pinterest! They’re insanely flavorful and only take a few minutes to throw together.

This was one of those recipes I threw together in a hurry using a bunch of random ingredients we had on hand. I still can’t believe how amazing it is! This is a restaurant-style dish you can easily make a home.

This skillet chicken caprese is the perfect summer dish! It can be made in a cast iron skillet, indoor grill or outside on the grill. Top it with garden fresh basil and cherry tomatoes and you’ve got a delicious dinner in no time.

Last but not least, a family favorite! This better than takeout sesame chicken tastes just like the kind you get from your favorite Chinese restaurant.

And there you have it! So many delicious looking desserts and dishes. Be sure to tag your pictures so you can be featured in the next Made by You!

XOXO Natalie
