This holiday season, get inspired by these unique Christmas gift ideas for neighbors & friends.
It’s that time of year to say thank you to those around you. I’m teaming up with Harmons Grocery to bring you some fun & festive ideas (aside from Christmas cookies). There’s a little something for everyone!
1. Christmas Morning Pancake Mix
WHO: The entire family
WHAT: Whisk, dish towel, pancake mix, and syrup
NOTES: Sometimes we like to do a gingerbread pancake mix with ginger syrup! I like to put the directions for the pancakes on the back of the gift tag.
2. Merry Christmas & Buon Appetito!
WHO: The home cook
WHAT: Dish towel, spaghetti, sauce, and olive oil
NOTES: Instead of a basket try putting it in a colander! If you’re local to Utah, we absolutely love Harmons private label products, they’re fantastic. They have lots of different items to choose from.
3. May Your Days be Merry and Bright
WHO: Anyone!
WHAT: Candle & ornament
NOTES: We love that Harmons sells Capri Blue Volcano candles in a variety of sizes and colors… they also have cute little ornaments too!
4. Popping By to Say Merry Christmas
WHO: The entire family, newlyweds, or new parents
WHAT: Popcorn containers, microwave popcorn, candy, Redbox gift card
NOTES: This is such a fun gift to customize. I grabbed a few fresh packs of movie theater type candy, put them in bags and arranged them around the other items in the container.
5. Merry Christmas and to all a Movie Night
WHO: Anyone!
WHAT: Pretzels, popcorn and a Fandango gift card
NOTES: We’re kind of obsessed with yogurt pretzels and Angie’s Holidrizzle White Peppermint Popcorn. So when we have the opportunity to share the goodness with others, we do!
6. Warmest Wishes
WHO: Anyone!
WHAT: Homemade hot cocoa mix, chopped peppermint bark, mini marshmallows, festive straws
NOTES: I like to add a peppermint twist to my regular cocoa mix. Crushed candy canes or peppermint bark make a great addition. I buy my cocoa in bulk to save some $$.
7. Eat, Drink & Be Merry!
WHO: Anyone!
WHAT: Gift cards
NOTES: A fun little holder makes them more personal!
8. We’re Nuts About You!
WHO: Anyone!
WHAT: Chocolate nut mix or homemade candied nuts
NOTES: If you don’t have time to make homemade candied nuts (P.S. I made a version based off of this recipe), opt for a chocolate covered mix- everyone loves chocolate!
I hope these ideas are helpful, or at the very least, inspiring! Please feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions about any of the items pictured above.
I’m partnering with Harmons Grocery, your neighborhood grocery store, to bring you today’s post. All opinions are my own. Thank you for helping me work with companies I love!
Love these ideas! Thank you! Where did you get those cute white pom poms to wrap around the candied nuts?
They were from The Container Store, but Paper Source also carries some like it 🙂
hey girl love these ideas! SO cool!
