Hi friends! ???? Today I’m featuring recipes from the blog that you’ve made (you can find part 1 HERE), snapped and tagged on Instagram (or Facebook). I’m so excited about this, aren’t you?!
With the year quickly coming to a close, wanted to take a few moments to let you know that I appreciate every comment, every email, every like, every pin, every visit to the blog, and every picture of your food that you have sent to me or tagged me in. Whether you’ve been active with questions, feedback and trying one recipe after the other, or you’ve been quietly enjoying the posts, catching my emails, or occasionally trying a recipe here and there, I’m beyond grateful to have you here! ❤️
Thank you, thank you, thank you for tagging your creations all over social media- turning on my computer and seeing what you’ve been up to makes my day! ????
IF YOU’RE BAKING FROM THE BLOG AND WOULD LIKE TO BE FEATURED, JUST MAKE SURE THAT WHENEVER YOU TRY A LIFE MADE SIMPLE RECIPE, TO SNAP A PHOTO AND SEND IT MY WAY EITHER VIA E-MAIL OR DIRECT MESSAGE THROUGH INSTAGRAM. IF YOU HAVE A PUBLIC INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT, SIMPLY HASHTAG YOUR PICTURE WITH #LMSBAKES OR #LIFEMADESIMPLEBAKES. I’LL BE KEEPING AN EYE OUT. ????????????
Let’s start with savory. My goal this past year was to share more savory recipes here on the blog. After doing my annual reader survey, I discovered that sweets weren’t they only thing you guys were craving. These 20 Minute Spicy Thai Noodle Bowls are a family (and reader) favorite, we make them all of the time!
This next recipe was born on a stormy summer day. We were trying to use up a bunch of leftover ingredients and this is what we came up with. It’s still one of my husband’s favorite meals. Recipe here.
Ahhh, cookie butter cups. I may love you more than peanut butter cups… shhh, don’t tell. P.S. Emily, yours look perfect!
Speaking of love, this next recipe is one of my all-time favorites. PERFECT NEW YORK CHEESECAKE. It’s thick, rich and oh so creamy. @bakerinchambers topped hers with homemade salted caramel sauce! ????????
And then there were muffins. These double chocolate muffins have been wildly popular over the past year. Like craaazy popular. Stella P sent me a picture of her creation topped with white chocolate and Nutella. Don’t they look incredible?!
Again with the chocolate muffins. ????????
While were on a muffin kick, these gingerbread muffins were really popular on Pinterest this December. Yes, they’re dairy-free, but with a few easy swaps they can be made with all the dairy your heart desires.
@katiebirdbakes knew exactly how to make it feel like fall. She baked a gorgeous batch of my cozy pumpkin cinnamon rolls.
These gluten-free brownies are of the most popular recipes on my blog. They’re rich, fudgy and made without any strange ingredients. ????
@veggiestation was inspired by my dairy-free chocolate coconut muffins (looooove this recipe btw). Look at those tops!! ????
And last, but not least, coconut oil oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. If you haven’t made these, you HAVE to give them a try. They will blow your mind. Just kidding… kind of. ????????
And there you have it. I’m sure I missed a few, and I apologize for that. For some reason it’s impossible to see ALL of the photos with a certain hashtag. I’m shaking my fist at you Instagram. Please feel free to tag @lmadesimple too, that way I’ll be sure to see it.
P.S. Thanks again for following along. You guys are the best! HAPPY NEW YEAR! ????⌛️????
