These quick and easy Biscoff s'mores are a tasty twist on a classic! So easy you'll wonder why you've never thought of it before!!!

Yield: 12 s'mores
Ingredients
24 Biscoff cookies
12 large marshmallows
6 oz. chocolate*
Directions
Turn oven on to broil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 12 Biscoff cookies bottom side up. Break apart the chocolate and place on the cookies. Then cut the marshmallows in half using kitchen shears and place two halves on each cookie (1 mallow per cookie). Place in the oven and broil until the tops of the marshmallows become golden brown. Remove and place the remaining cookies on top to create s'more sandwiches.
Notes
*I used baking bars (specifically Ghirardelli), and it was 1.5 (4 oz) bars, or 6 oz.
