-If you can't stand the taste of raw broccoli, bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the florets for 45 seconds, remove and place into a bowl of ice water. I've made this salad both ways and I personally prefer raw broccoli, but the "blanched" version is delicious too!
-Double this to feed a crowd!!
-You can easily add 2 cups of washed greens to this salad (kale, spinach, spring mix etc.) OR try adding a cup of cooked quinoa.
