Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peas defrosted
  • 2/3 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and mix together.
  • Next, add in the peas, bacon, cheese and onion and gently mix together.
  • Finally, refrigerate until ready to serve.
