Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno seeds removed, finely diced
  • 2 mangoes finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/8 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar

Instructions

  • Once everything has been diced, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Stir ingredients together and enjoy or refrigerate until ready to serve.
