Ingredients

  • 6 mahi mahi fillets skinless
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine the Paprika, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper and mix well.
  • Next, brush both sides of each Mahi Mahi filet with olive oil.
  • Then, season both sides of each Mahi Mahi filet with the prepared seasoning mixture.
  • Heat your grill over medium-high heat and rub olive oil on your grill to keep the filets from sticking.
  • Cook each filet for 3-5 minutes on each side until the fish flakes with a fork.
  • Finally, serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can store this grilled mahi mahi in an airtight container in your fridge for 3-5 days. Since this recipe is so quick to make, I would not recommend freezing this dish.
