Ingredients

  • 1 lb Hot Pork Sausage
  • 1 lb Turkey Sausage
  • 5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 cups biscuit/pancake mix

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
  • Using your hands, knead the sausage ball mix together until everything has been incorporated.
  • Roll sausage ball mixture into walnut sized balls and place onto your baking sheet.
  • Bake in your oven for 20-25 minutes until the sausage balls are a perfect golden brown.
  • Finally, serve and enjoy!
