- 30 ounce frozen shredded hash browns defrosted
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup white onion finely diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- chives optional garnish
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (177 degrees Celsius) and coat a 13×9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, saving ½ cup of cheddar cheese on the side for topping.
