Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet apple I recommend honeycrisp or gala
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  • Using an apple cutter or a knife, remove the core from the apple and cut the apple into bite sized pieces and add them to your blender.
  • Next add in the almond milk, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and ice into the blender.
  • Pulse the blender for about 1 - 1.5 minutes until everything has been blended together.
  • Finally, pour into your favorite smoothie glass and enjoy!
