medium sweet apple
I recommend honeycrisp or gala
1/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk
1/4
cup
rolled oats

Tbsp
peanut butter
1/2
Tbsp
pure maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
ground cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
handful of ice
Instructions
Using an apple cutter or a knife, remove the core from the apple and cut the apple into bite sized pieces and add them to your blender.
Next add in the almond milk, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and ice into the blender.
Pulse the blender for about 1 - 1.5 minutes until everything has been blended together.
Finally, pour into your favorite smoothie glass and enjoy!
