Ingredients

  • 2 cup strawberries halved
  • 2 cup red grapes
  • 2 oranges (I used minneolas) sliced into rounds and cut into quarters
  • 3 kiwis sliced into rounds and cut into quarters
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 tbsp citrus juice I used orange
  • 1 tsp citrus zest I used orange

Instructions

  • Toss the fruit in a large bowl with the juice and zest.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.

To STORE your leftover fruit salad, place it in an airtight container in the fridge, where it will stay fresh for up to 3 days. Unfortunately, freezing is not recommended as it significantly alters the texture of the fruits.
If you find your salad has released excess juice after storage, simply drain it or toss the fruits gently before serving to redistribute the flavors.
