  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tsp honey optional
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt vanilla or fruit
  • 1/3 cup ice

Instructions
