Instant Pot Corn on the Cob Recipe

Corn on the cob can be made in minutes using the instant pot! It is tender and delicious and ready to smother in butter.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 ears corn husked and cleaned
  • unsalted butter
  • kosher sea salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of cold water to the Instant Pot. Place steamer basket inside. Place corn in the basket.
  • Place lid on and lock. Check to ensure valve is set to sealing.
  • Turn Instant Pot on MANUAL mode (high pressure) for 12 minutes. Once fully cooked, release pressure manually by carefully switching the valve to the venting position. Once the float valve pin drops, carefully remove the lid.
  • Rub with butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
