Homemade Tzatziki Sauce Recipe

- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup English cucumber finely diced, peeled and juice squeezed out
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp kosher sea salt
- pinch ground black pepper
In a medium bowl whisk together the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to using.
