Peach Cobbler Recipe

This crumbly and tender peach cobbler is bursting with peach in ever bite. It is so easy to create this from home anytime!

for the cobbler:

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk

for the filling:

  • 4 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • Preheat the oven to 375. Pour the melted butter into a 9 x 13 baking dish. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk, and mix until combined. Pour the batter over the melted butter, but do not stir.
  • Add the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice to a medium saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour the peach mixture over the batter, and again do not stir. Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
  • Bake 40-45 minutes, until the cobbler is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling. Serve warm.
