Blackberry Dijon Ham Recipe
This fool-proof blackberry Dijon ham has been a family favorite for over 10 years! The sweet and tangy glaze caramelizes as it bakes.
- 1/2 c. seedless blackberry preserves
- 1/4 c. dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. apple juice
In a mini food processor combine the blackberry preserves, dijon mustard and apple juice. Pulse until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Place ham in a roasting pan with about 1/2-inch of water in the bottom. Glaze with a pastry brush and place in the oven to bake at 275 for 15 minutes per pound, glazing every 20 minutes.
