Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe

You've gotta try this nutrient-packed glowing skin smoothie. It's easy to make and good for your skin!

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 orange juice and zest
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts


  • Place all ingredients in the bowl of blender, placing the heaviest ones on top. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.


-For a creamy protein boost, try adding 1/4 c. Greek yogurt.
-I generally prefer freezing my fruit (orange excluded) before blending it into a smoothie. It makes for a much thicker smoothie, and you don't need to add any ice.
