Flaky & sweet Maple Glazed Salmon is tender and delicious. It's a show stopper dinner and so easy to make!
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 pound salmon
Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Line a shallow glass baking dish with foil. Place salmon in the baking dish and coat evenly with the maple syrup marinade. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes, turning once about halfway through.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Once the oven is preheated, bake the salmon uncovered for 15-16 minutes. Next, set the oven to broil and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
