Quick and Easy Biscoff S'mores Recipe

These quick and easy Biscoff s'mores are a tasty twist on a classic! So easy you'll wonder why you've never thought of it before!!!

Ingredients

  • 24 Biscoff cookies
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 6 oz chocolate *

Instructions

  • Turn oven on to broil.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 12 Biscoff cookies bottom side up.
  • Break apart the chocolate and place on the cookies.
  • Then cut the marshmallows in half using kitchen shears and place two halves on each cookie (1 mallow per cookie).
  • Place in the oven and broil until the tops of the marshmallows become golden brown.
  • Remove and place the remaining cookies on top to create s'more sandwiches.

Notes

*I used baking bars (specifically Ghirardelli), and it was 1.5 (4 oz) bars, or 6 oz.
