- 1 lb fresh okra
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius).
Rinse your okra and dry it with paper towels.
Cut off the stem ends and cut the okra into ¾-inch pieces.
Place the okra onto a rimmed baking sheet drizzle with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well together.
Bake the okra in the oven for about 15 minutes until they are slightly browned and tender.
