Herb Butter Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chopped chives
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • Mix parsley, chives, white pepper and garlic powder together and then combine with softened butter and lemon juice.
  • Use a fork to mash together until thoroughly combined.
  • You can serve immediately but it is best chilled for at least 4 hours or overnight so the dip can thicken and the flavors really bloom.
  • Serve with bread.
