Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Cut your avocado in half and remove the skin and the pit.
  • Add all the dressing ingredients into a blender together.
  • Blend the dressing until smooth.
  • Serve over your favorite salad and enjoy!

To STORE your creamy Avocado Dressing, place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. For longer storage, FREEZE in small portions.
Thaw in the fridge overnight and stir before use.
