1/2cupstrawberrieshulled and sliced
1kiwipeeled and sliced
1/2cupgranola any kind you like
2tablespoonsmini chocolate chips
1tablespoonrainbow sprinkles or chocolate-covered sunflower seeds
Instructions
Slice the bananas and place them in serving bowls. Spoon yogurt into each bowl beside the fruit.
Add sliced strawberries and kiwi on top, followed by a sprinkle of granola, mini chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles or chocolate-covered sunflower seeds.
These should be eaten the same day they are made. For an extra-special touch, top with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry.
Notes
-Use any yogurt, granola, and fruit you already have on hand.Breakfast Banana Splits are best enjoyed fresh, as the granola will soften and the fruit can release moisture if left too long. These don’t hold up well overnight, so it’s ideal to prepare and serve them right away.If you absolutely need to prep ahead, slice the fruit and store it separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 1 day.
