Place the dry-roasted peanuts, oats, and flaxseed in the bowl of a food processor. Grind until the nuts are smooth and the oats are relatively fine. Remove and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Add the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
Carefully fold in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.
