Spoon into a chilled jar of Overnight Oats with Greek Yogurt and feel refreshed. Lightly sweet, creamy oats are the perfect match for seasonal fruit, seeds, or a swirl of honey.
Add the almond milk, oats, Greek yogurt, salt, and cinnamon to a medium bowl, and stir to combine. Spoon the mixture into four 1-cup canning jars (or small food storage containers with lids).
Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or up to one week.
Notes
STORE the Overnight Oats with Greek Yogurt in airtight containers or canning jars in the refrigerator. They’ll stay good for up to 5–7 days. If the oats thicken too much after a few days, simply stir in a little extra almond milk or dairy milk to loosen them up before serving. Freezing is not recommended, as the texture will change and become watery once thawed.Overnight oats are meant to be eaten cold, straight from the fridge. If you prefer a slightly warmer bowl, you can microwave them for about 20–30 seconds.
