- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips optional topping
- heart sprinkles optional topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or in a large mixing bowl with a handheld mixer, beat together the cake mix, oil and eggs. Note the cookie batter will have a gummy texture to it.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and top with white chocolate chips and heart sprinkles if so desired.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the tops have cracked.
- Finally, serve and enjoy!
