Greek Salad Dressing Recipe

This light & fresh Greek salad dressing is made with a handful of ingredients and is perfect for salads, or as a marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Store in the fridge until ready to use. Ingredients will separate, so shake or stir to combine before using.
