This light & fresh Greek salad dressing is made with a handful of ingredients and is perfect for salads, or as a marinade.

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
Store in the fridge until ready to use. Ingredients will separate, so shake or stir to combine before using.
