Honey Glazed Carrots Recipe
It only takes 5 ingredients to turn plain carrot sticks into sweet caramelized goodness that would be the perfect side dish for any occasion!

- 8-10 long carrots peeled
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Fresh Thyme optional garnish
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel carrots and cut into desired length, thickness.
Place the carrots in a baking dish and drizzle both the olive oil and honey over the carrots. Sprinkle on the salt and pepper and mix everything until evenly coated.
Bake the carrots from 40-60 minutes depending on your preference of doneness (40 minutes for more soft with a slight crunch and 60 minutes for completely soft carrots).
Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and a little salt and pepper and enjoy!
