Using an apple cutter or a knife, remove the core from the apple. Cut the apple into bite-sized pieces and add them to your blender.
Next, add the almond milk, oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ice into the blender.
Pulse the blender for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until everything is blended together.

To STORE your apple smoothie, keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. Just give it a stir before drinking if it separates. You can also FREEZE it for up to 3 months.When you're ready to enjoy it, thaw it overnight in the fridge. If the texture seems off after freezing, just blend it again to restore smoothness.
