In a small mixing bowl, add all of the Big Mac Sauce ingredients and whisk together. Set in the fridge until ready to serve.
Divide the ground beef into 4 burger patties and place one on top of each tortilla spreading the beef to the edge of each tortilla.
Next, season each patty with salt and pepper.
Then, in a large skillet over medium-high heat add the tortillas with the beef side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip the tortilla over, add the cheddar cheese on top of the patty and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with all tacos.
Finally, assemble your taco with shredded lettuce, onion, pickles, and drizzle your big mac sauce on top and enjoy!

Notes
*I recommend using ground beef with less than 10% fat so that there is less grease when making these tacos. You can store any leftovers of your Big Mac Smash Tacos in an airtight container in your fridge for 2-3 days. With the fresh ingredients used in this recipes I do not recommend freezing it.You can reheat these smash tacos in a microwave, in your oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, or in a hot skillet until everything has warmed through.
