Everyone is going to love these Big Mac Tacos! It combines all of your favorite flavors of a McDonald’s Big Mac burger in a delicious crisp taco. A burger patty is pressed onto a tortilla and cooked in a skillet then layered with silky cheese, and topped with crunchy onions, pickles, and lettuce. Then, a mouth watering Big Mac Sauce is drizzled on top to create a fun and sensational dinner that everyone will devour.

Recipe Ingredients

Flour Tortillas – Holds the beef in place compared to corn tortillas and are a great base for this recipe.

Big Mac Sauce – A zesty flavorful sauce just like the one you get on your burger at McDonalds.

Shredded Lettuce – A cool and crisp topping to tie these smash burger tacos together.

How to Make Big Mac Tacos

Step 1: In a small bowl, add all of the Big Mac Sauce ingredients and whisk together. Set in the fridge until ready to serve.

Step 2: Divide the ground beef into 4 burger patties and place one on top of each tortilla spreading the beef to the edge of each tortilla.

Step 3: Next, season each patty with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Then, in a large pan over medium-high heat add the tortillas with the meat-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip the tortilla over, add a slice of cheese on top of the patty and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with all tacos.

Step 5: Finally, assemble your taco with shredded lettuce, onion, pickles, and drizzle your big mac sauce on top and enjoy!

Storage Information

You can store any leftovers of your Big Mac Smash Tacos in an airtight container in your fridge for 2-3 days. With the fresh ingredients used in this recipes I do not recommend freezing it.

You can reheat these smash tacos in a microwave, in your oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit, or in a hot skillet until everything has warmed through.

Ingredients

For the Tacos

  • 1 lb ground beef*
  • 4 flour tortillas - 6 inch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp white onion - minced
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

For the Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp white onion - grated
  • 1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
