Give your s'mores a delicious upgrade with Biscoff! These Biscoff S'mores are a delightful twist on the original, and you’ll wonder why you never made them before!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 12 Biscoff cookies bottom side up.
Break apart the chocolate and place it on the cookies.
Cut the marshmallows in half using kitchen shears and place two halves on each cookie (1 mallow per cookie).
Place in the oven and broil until the tops of the marshmallows become golden brown.
Remove and place the remaining cookies on top to create s'more sandwiches.

*I used baking bars (specifically Ghirardelli), and it was 1.5 (4 oz) bars or 6 oz.STORE Biscoff S'mores in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. To extend their freshness, you can FREEZE them in a single layer in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.To REHEAT, place the s'mores on a baking tray and warm them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes, or until the chocolate melts and the marshmallows soften.
