Fries are life, but let’s keep it healthy with these Carrot Fries! They’re crispy, loaded with seasoning, and super easy to make. Serve them up as a snack or a guilt-free side dish.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a medium bowl, coat your carrot fries with olive oil. Be sure the outside has an even coating.
Sprinkle the spices onto your oil-coated carrots and mix well.
Spread the carrots onto your prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes. Flip the carrots halfway through cooking.
Garnish with more fresh parsley, serve hot, and enjoy!
