This Instant Pot Ham and Beans recipe is fit for a crowd. A cozy one pot meal filled with flavorful ham, tender beans, and veggies to warm up your soul.
Place onion, beans, ham bone, and seasonings, into your Instant Pot and cover with water.
Cook on high pressure for 1 hour and then quick release the pressure.
Remove the bone and bay leaf and then add in the chopped ham and carrots and cook for another 5 minutes on high pressure and then quick release the pressure again.
Garnish with fresh, chopped parsley then serve and enjoy!
