Leprechaun Bait Recipe
This Leprechaun Bait is the perfect salty and sweet snack to amp up your Saint Patrick's Day!

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn Chex
- 2 cups Lucky Charms
- 2 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1/2 cup Lucky Charms marshmallows picked out of the cereal
- 1/2 cup green M&Ms
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the Chex cereal, Lucky Charms cereal, pretzels, Lucky Charms marshmallows, M&M candies and mix together.
- In a small bowl melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil in your microwave until the chocolate has melted and there is a smooth consistency.
- Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the cereal mixture and using a spoon or spatula mix until everything is coated with the white chocolate.
- Finally, serve and enjoy!

You can store this Leprechaun bait Chex mix in an airtight container on your counter at room temperature for 4-5 days. With this being a snack mix I would not recommend putting it in the fridge or freezer otherwise it will lose its freshness and crunch.
