This Leprechaun Bait snack mix is the perfect treat for Saint Patrick’s Day. I love making it with my kids and being able to send some in their lunch boxes as a surprise or having it as an after-school snack for them.

This mix combines cereal, pretzels, marshmallows, and M&Ms together in a bowl with a light coating of white chocolate chips to create a delicious treat that everyone will love! Add this mix alongside my Slice and Bake Clover Cookies and Rainbow Cupcakes for the perfect array of St. Patrick’s Day desserts!

Lucky Charms Cereal – The sweet cereal pieces and colorful marshmallows are the perfect base for this St. Patrick’s Day treat!

Pretzels – To bring in a salty element I love adding pretzels, just like in my Thanksgiving Snack Mix.

White Chocolate Chips – For a sweet coating on the outside of the snack mix, similar to my Reindeer Chow.
