Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the tomatoes, mango, habanero peppers, and onion on the prepared baking sheet and coat with olive oil and salt.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
Next, add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency.
Finally, serve and enjoy!
