- 1 red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 jalapeno seeds removed, finely diced
- 2 mangoes finely diced
- 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Once everything has been diced, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
