Everyone will rave about this Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip! Sweet and Spicy Raspberry Chipotle Sauce poured on top of smooth cream cheese to create the perfect appetizer!
In a saucepan over medium heat add in the olive oil and add the adobo peppers, cook for 3-5 minutes.
Next, add the garlic and adobo sauce and bring it to a simmer.
Add the raspberries into the sauce and stir until soft.
Next, add the vinegar, salt, and sugars and stir together.
Simmer the mixture until it has thickened and reduced by about half.
Then transfer the sauce into a heatproof bowl and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
While cooling add the cream cheese block to a serving plate to soften to room temperature.
Once the sauce has cooled, pour the sauce over the cream cheese, serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!

You can store any leftovers of this Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 3 days. I do not recommend freezing this since cream cheese can become watery and grainy if frozen.
