Everyone will rave about this Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip! Sweet and Spicy Raspberry Chipotle Sauce poured on top of smooth cream cheese to create the perfect appetizer!

This Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip is my go-to recipe when I have to make an appetizer for a gathering. I use my Raspberry Chipotle Sauce recipe that combines sweet and tangy raspberries with smoky and spicy chipotle peppers and then pour it over a creamy and smooth block of cream cheese. Everyone will keep coming back for more!

Recipe Ingredients

Chipotle Peppers – To give a kick of spice to the sauce.
Fresh Raspberries – That sweet tangy flavor that pairs beautifully with the spicy chipotle peppers.
Brown Sugar & White Sugar – To add sweetness into the raspberry chipotle sauce.

How to Make Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip
Step 1: In a saucepan over medium heat add in the olive oil and add the adobo chipotle peppers, cook for 3-5 minutes.

Step 2: Next, add the garlic and adobo sauce and bring it to a simmer.

Step 3: Add the raspberries into the sauce and stir until soft.

Step 4: Next, add the vinegar, salt, and sugars and stir together.

Step 5: Simmer the mixture until it has thickened and reduced by about half.

Step 6: Then transfer the sauce into a heatproof bowl and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Step 7: While cooling add the cream cheese block to a serving plate to soften to room temperature.
Step 8: Once the sauce has cooled, pour the sauce over the cream cheese, serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!

Yes! You can make the sauce the day before and serve it over the cream cheese the next day.
Some dippers I recommend for this dip would be crackers, baguette slices, cucumbers, carrots, celery, chips, or anything you prefer.
Of course! I like to sprinkle pecans and pistachios on top of my raspberry jam. But you can also add anything you like!
Yes. You can also use frozen raspberries for this recipe.

Storage Information
You can store any leftovers of this Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip in an airtight container in your fridge for up to 3 days. I do not recommend freezing this since cream cheese can become watery and grainy if frozen.
