Indulge in this Raspberry Chipotle Sauce Recipe. Sweet raspberries and spicy chipotle peppers come together to create the perfect sauce to drizzle over appetizers, meats, or any of your favorite foods.
In a saucepan over medium heat add in the olive oil and add the chipotle peppers, cook for 3-5 minutes.
Next, add the garlic and adobo sauce and bring it to a simmer.
Add the raspberries into the sauce and stir until soft.
Next, add the vinegar, salt, and sugars and stir together.
Simmer the mixture until it has thickened and reduced by about half.
Then transfer the sauce into a heatproof bowl and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Finally, serve and enjoy!
