You are going to fall in love with these Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies. They only take 4 ingredients and 25 minutes and you will have thick chewy cookies at your fingertips!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a large mixing bowl add in the red velvet cake mix, oil and eggs and mix until fully combined. Note the dough will be thick at this point.
Next fold in the white chocolate chips.
Scoop 2 Tablespoon sized cookie dough balls and place them on your prepared baking sheet and add your additional white chocolate chips and heart sprinkles.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cookies are set.
Finally, serve and enjoy!
