Who can resist Rocky Road Bars? With chocolate, peanuts, and pillowy marshmallows, this no-bake dessert is a quick and fun way to satisfy any sweet tooth in just minutes!
In a large glass bowl (big enough to fit in your microwave), combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave on medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to cool enough that the marshmallows won't melt (a couple of minutes or so).
Fold in peanuts and marshmallows, making sure to coat evenly with chocolate.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan, lined with wax paper. Press mixture firmly down into the pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool for 2-3 hours before serving.

They can be kept at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for up to 2 weeks for a firmer texture. If FREEZING, wrap individual bars in plastic wrap and store them in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw in the fridge or at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
