FAQs

If I don’t have a cookie scoop, how can I make my cookies round?

To get perfectly round cookies here’s what to do. After they come out of the oven you can use a drinking glass or measuring cup that will fit over a cookie then gently swirling it around the cookie will take a uniform round shape. Be sure to be gentle as the cookies are still warm and it is easy to scrunch them together on accident.

Can I use unsalted butter for these brown butter sugar cookies?

Yes. If you use unsalted butter be sure to also add in ½ a teaspoon of salt for the flavor to come out the same.
