This Buffalo Chicken Pizza Rolls recipe makes the perfect appetizer for snacking or any party. These pizza rolls combine buffalo sauce, chicken, blue cheese dressing, onions and cheese for a delicious appetizer that is so easy to make!

My husband and I are kind of obsessed with pizza rolls. I’m normally not a huge fan of buffalo sauce, but when combined with blue cheese dressing, chicken, onions and mozzarella, it is pretty darn tasty.
These pizza rolls are great appetizers, but also make a delicious dinner when served with fresh celery, carrots and more blue cheese or ranch dressing.
If you want to spice things up even more, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the buffalo sauce.
