buffalo chicken pizza rolls

My husband and I are kind of obsessed with pizza rolls. I’m normally not a huge fan of buffalo sauce, but when combined with blue cheese dressing, chicken, onions and mozzarella, it is pretty darn tasty.
These pizza rolls are great appetizers, but also make a delicious dinner when served with fresh celery, carrots and more blue cheese or ranch dressing.
If you want to spice things up even more, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the buffalo sauce.

  1. This is a very nice chicken dish. Would you be happy to link it in to my Chicken Edition of Food on Friday? This is the link . I found you via Melt in Your Mouth Monday.

  2. I’m a vegetarian but this recipe is brilliant and I’m sure that I can still make it without the chicken. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
