How to Make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water before cooking.
Step 2: Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil.

Step 3: Next, add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and coat the chicken in the spices.

Step 4: Then, in a small bowl combine the melted butter, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning mix together. Divide this mixture in half and set aside.

Step 5: Next, add the chicken onto your skewers tightly packed together and place the skewers onto your prepared baking sheet.

Step 6: Using ½ of the butter mixture in a separate bowl, brush the mixture all over the chicken skewers.

Step 7: Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, then broil for 1 minute until the outsides are crisp and golden.

Step 8: Finally, using a clean brush, brush the remaining half of the parmesan butter sauce onto the skewers, top with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!

We love garlic and parmesan on almost everything. These chicken skewers are so good and tender!
Whipped these up for dinner and they were gone pretty quick. I liked the garlic and cheese together. Might toss in a squeeze of lemon next time.
YUM!!! My whole family gobbled these up! Definitely a winner!
