Dinnertime has never been so easy or delicious with these Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers. Minimal ingredients and they come together in only 25 minutes, making it a quick recipe for any night of the week!

To make these skewers into a meal, I like to serve them alongside my Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts, Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes, or Perfect Rice Pilaf.

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water before cooking.

Step 2: Place the chicken in a large bowl and toss with the olive oil.

Step 3: Next, add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and coat the chicken in the spices.

Step 4: Then, in a small bowl combine the melted butter, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning mix together. Divide this mixture in half and set aside.

Step 5: Next, add the chicken onto your skewers tightly packed together and place the skewers onto your prepared baking sheet.

Step 6: Using ½ of the butter mixture in a separate bowl, brush the mixture all over the chicken skewers.

Step 7: Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, then broil for 1 minute until the outsides are crisp and golden.

Step 8: Finally, using a clean brush, brush the remaining half of the parmesan butter sauce onto the skewers, top with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!

Do I have to use chicken breasts for these chicken skewers?

No. You can also use chicken thighs or any cut of the chicken you prefer. Just be sure to cut everything into bite-sized pieces.
