How to Make Italian Chex Mix

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, and set aside.

Step 2: In an extra-large mixing bowl, combine the Chex, Premium crackers, Cheez-It crackers, pretzels, and cashews.

Step 3: In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the butter. Place in the microwave and heat for 45 seconds to 1 minute on HIGH. Stir until completely melted.

Step 4: Add the olive oil, Worcestershire (or balsamic), salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and cayenne (or red pepper flakes) to the melted butter. Whisk until combined. Pour over the dry ingredients and toss to evenly coat.

Step 5: Pour onto the prepared baking sheet, spread evenly, and bake for 40 minutes, stirring at the 15 and 30 minute marks.

Step 6: Remove from the oven and toss with Parmesan. Allow to cool completely before serving or storing.
