No more Greasy Mess

If you are like me, you have made a version of these sausage balls too many times to count. However, one thing that I never like when baking these is the grease they leak when cooking. You guys, I found the secret, Turkey Sausage! I mix Turkey Sausage and hot pork sausage together (you can use regular sausage if you are not a fan of hot) and suddenly there are no burnt or crusty bottoms, and no pools of grease on my baking sheet. I promise, once you make these sausage balls with these ingredients, you will never go back!
